Account & data

DELETE YOUR
PARENTEDGE ACCOUNT.

You can delete your ParentEdge account, your athlete’s profile, and everything connected to them at any time. There are two ways to do it, and both remove the same data.

How to request deletion

TWO WAYS. PICK EITHER.

1
Delete it yourself, in the app
Sign in, then go to Account → Delete account. This takes effect immediately — nothing is queued and nothing waits on us. Go to the deletion page → (you’ll be asked to sign in first).
2
Email us and we’ll do it
Write to support@parentedge.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. Use this if you can’t sign in. We action verified requests within 30 days, and usually the same day.
What gets deleted

EVERYTHING TIED TO YOU.

Deleting your account removes all of the following in a single step:

  • Your account and sign-in credentials
  • Every athlete profile you created, including names, birthdays, and physical details
  • All conversations and everything you told us about your athlete
  • Everything ParentEdge built for you — practice plans, Athlete Cards, letters, recaps, and their PDFs
  • Events, injuries, goals and any pending profile suggestions
  • Uploaded photos — athlete avatars, team logos, and any images shared in chat
  • Shared links — public profiles and shared documents stop working immediately
  • Usage records tied to your account
What we keep, and why

TWO NARROW EXCEPTIONS.

  • Billing invoices. Your payment processor (Stripe) keeps invoice records under its own legal and tax obligations. We delete our customer record; those invoices stay on Stripe’s systems and are not accessible to us as your data.
  • Consent records, anonymised. We keep a timestamp and which policy versions were accepted, as an audit trail. The row is scrubbed of anything that identifies you, so it can no longer be linked back to a person.
Deleting only part of your data

YOU DON’T HAVE TO DELETE EVERYTHING.

If you only want some of your data gone, you can do that without closing your ParentEdge account:

  • Remove one sport. Open that athlete’s details in the app and delete the sport. Everything recorded under it goes with it — the conversations, plans and letters, logged observations, goals, injuries, and events. The athlete’s other sports and your account are untouched.
  • Remove an athlete. Removing a kid from your account deletes that athlete’s profile and everything attached to it, and leaves your account and any other athletes in place.
  • Ask us for something specific. Email support@parentedge.com from your account address and tell us what you want removed. We action verified requests within 30 days.

Same as a full deletion, these are immediate and can’t be undone. Nothing is kept in an archive.

This can’t be undone. There is no recovery window and no archive we can restore from. If you want a copy of your data first, sign in and use Account → Export my data before you delete.
More detail: our Privacy Policy covers exactly what we collect, who processes it, and how long it’s kept. Questions about any of this? Get in touch — a real person reads it.
