Drill library

Brooke’s drill library

A real one, built for one cheer kid from everything the parent had shared. Nothing here is demo copy.

Drill Library

Brooke's Focus Library

A pull-from-anytime set, sorted by what it builds. Pick two or three per session — don't chase them all. (The at-home ones are marked; tumbling and stunts stay with her coaches.)

Motions & sharpness (home + gym)

Motions to the Count (home)

Drill the routine's motion sequences in the mirror — hit sharp, stop crisp, exactly on the beat. One athlete off the count costs the whole team; sharp synced motions lift everyone.

Coaching Cue

Cue: "Hit and stick, dead on the count — sharp, not floppy."

Flexibility, Jumps, and Conditioning (home)

Splits, bridges, toe-touch jumps with height and pointed toes, core and arm conditioning. Clean lines and the gas to stay sharp through a 2.5-minute routine.

Coaching Cue

Cue: "Point everything, full extension — clean lines."

Performance

Full-Out, Not Marking (home + gym)

Run the routine at 100% — energy, big facials, selling it — never small. You perform how you practice; mark it in the gym, mark it on the mat.

Coaching Cue

Cue: "Full-out or don't do it — sell it, chin up."

See the Performance (home)

Visualization — perform the full routine in her head, sharp, synced, full-out, hitting zero. Athletes who visualize arrive having already "done" it.

Coaching Cue

Cue: "Perform the whole routine in your head — hit zero."

The block

Progressions, Not Pressure (gym, coach-led)

Break the stuck tumbling skill into safe pieces and rebuild confidence, with spotting — never force. A block is fear, and fear responds to patience, not pressure.

Coaching Cue

Cue: "One safe piece at a time."

Building a session: conditioning and motions in the mirror at home, full-out run-throughs, and visualization to close. The block is her coach's to work; the parent's job is patience.
